Closing the gap between College & Career

ESF likes fresh perspective, values ambition and rewards hard work. We have found hiring and investing in sharp college graduates supports our core values and helps us grow. As such, we have created the ESF Trailblazer Program. Our goal is to help evolve Trailblazer Consultants into industry thought leaders. We select those who align with our core services (software engineering, data analytics, cloud computing, etc.) that have the right attitude and work ethic to impact our organization.

How does this work? Definitely not overnight. The Trailblazer Program involves mentorship, training and development. It’s a long-term approach led by tried and true industry leaders who have hands on experience and a track record of success.

Paid Internship

When you start as a Trailblazer Consultant, you are joining a team of seasoned professionals actively providing a solution to a valued client as an intern. The internship lasts for three months. During that time, you are paid a stipend to support the investment ESF is making in you. What this means to you… you have an advocate, a mentor, a trainer, a cheerleader, someone who is intrinsically invested in your success. You have been chosen. We want you to succeed.

Upon hire, you will be assigned a mentor. This mentor will be responsible for training and getting you ramped. Let’s be honest, your mentor will (more than likely) be sitting very close to you however you will have official weekly and monthly check ins to monitor progress and assist with transition. Our goal is to get you to the ESF Consultant designation as quickly as possible.

ESF Consultant

You’ve done it. When you have completed the three-month internship, you are an ESF Consultant. You are an active member of our team and your compensation converts to salary. You will join of the ranks of data scientist, architects, engineers, analyst who are building big things. Soon you will be building big things too.

By investing in analytics tools, we help you reduce the time spent on mindless tasks like document scouring, increasing the time to work with clients and applying insights. This will be more meaningful for the clients and will help fasten up your career progress as well.
